Meg WalkerMeg Walker is a Stott trained Pilates and Aerobics instructor in the Five Valleys around Stroud. She offers classes for all levels, and for special interest groups such as the pre and postnatal and the elderly.

Classes are usually in small groups but one to one classes are also given by arrangement. Keeping fit needs to be woven into your everyday life as much as possible, but with our climate it is sometimes more pleasant to work out indoors!

Bringing a friend along to a class means you get a chance to catch up en route and both of you get a workout to feel virtuous about!


Pilates classes for NEW YEAR at Chalford Methodist Church Hall

Thursday classes are 6.15 for one hour and 7.15 each for one hour, Fridays classes are 9.15 for one hour and 10.30 for one hour. Please confirm your place by phoning or texting 07970 434316
